About The Role

Lead Hethena's social presence end-to-end — building the strategy, voice, calendar, and content direction that turn health and AI ideas into social content people actually want to engage with.

What You'll Do

• Own the social content strategy, calendar, and voice across all channels.
• Build content pillars, campaign angles, and format strategies that make Hethena feel clear, human, and trustworthy.
• Lead content planning and production with interns and creative partners, with a focus on strategy, direction, and consistent shipping.
• Track trends, formats, platform changes, and competitors, then turn insights into testable content angles.
• Own social performance reporting and iterate based on what is working.
• Build relationships with creators and partners to extend Hethena's reach when relevant.

What We Look For

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in social media, content strategy, or marketing for a consumer or health/AI brand.
• Strong writing and a clear point of view on what makes social content work.
• Strong awareness of the social media world, including viral trends, platform behavior, creator formats, and what audiences are currently engaging with.
• Comfort using AI tools and AI agents like Claude or similar tools to speed up ideation, production, testing, and analysis.
• Ability to think beyond recording content and focus on strategy, positioning, messaging, and performance.
• A portfolio of social, content, or campaign work you can speak to in detail.
