Job summary

Hethena is seeking a growth lead to shape acquisition, lifecycle, and AI-enabled marketing programs that turn interest into signups. You will own the growth roadmap and run experiments across channels while building trust and signups in health tech.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with product and creative, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership. The 12-month role offers SGD3,000–4,000 per month.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of growth or performance marketing experience, ideally for a consumer, health, or AI product.
• Strong grasp of acquisition channels, lifecycle marketing, analytics tooling, and experimentation.
• Awareness of current marketing trends, viral formats, competitor moves, and emerging growth strategies.
• Comfort using AI tools and AI agents like Claude or similar tools to speed up research, testing, and content production.
• Track record of turning experiments into scalable growth systems.
