Responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing content for social media, email, and in-store materials.
• Manage social media content calendar and daily postings for engagement.
• Produce basic visual content including photography, videos, and Canva artwork.
• Coordinate influencer seeding, collaborations, and community activities.
• Support campaigns and promotions across social media and retail stores.

Job Summary

We seek a hands-on, energetic Marketing Associate to support digital, retail, and event marketing activities. This role suits candidates with practical marketing experience who enjoy working with social media, campaigns, events, and lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing content for social media, email, and in-store materials to enhance brand visibility


• Manage and maintain the social media content calendar and execute daily postings to ensure consistent audience engagement


• Produce basic visual content including photography, videos, and Canva artwork to support marketing campaigns


• Coordinate influencer seeding, collaborations, and community activities to expand brand reach and engagement


• Support marketing campaigns and promotions across social media and retail stores to drive sales and brand awareness


• Organise campaign materials, POS setup, and in-store marketing requirements to ensure smooth execution


• Assist with planning and executing events, activations, logistics, and on-site coordination to maximize event impact


• Liaise effectively with internal teams, vendors, and brand partners to align marketing activities and objectives


• Support joint marketing collaborations and brand partnership initiatives to strengthen market presence


• Track campaign and event performance metrics and prepare concise marketing updates and reports for stakeholders


• Manage marketing administration tasks including invoices and budget tracking to maintain operational efficiency


• Perform additional marketing-related duties and projects as required to support team goals

Required competencies and certifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in retail, sports, lifestyle, consumer, or related industries


• Proficiency in using social media platforms and Canva for content creation and management


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations


• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages


• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management to handle multiple tasks


• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work independently as well as collaboratively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field


• Interest in sports, running, fitness, outdoor, or lifestyle brands to align with company culture and market focus
