Job summary

Plexxie, a Singapore-based Creative & Social Media Marketing Agency, offers hands-on internship experience across social media management, content planning, and client coordination. You’ll work with our account management and creative teams on real client accounts and campaigns, gaining mentorship and practical skills in digital marketing.

You will learn to develop content strategies, write captions, monitor performance, and coordinate campaigns with senior team members in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• Good copywriting skills and ability to adapt content to different brands.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A creative and strategic mindset with interest in social media trends.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Proactive, responsible, and solutions-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Social Media Account Manager Intern who is passionate about digital marketing, content strategy, and building meaningful relationships with clients.

You’ll work closely with our account management and creative teams to manage social media accounts, develop content strategies, coordinate campaigns, and ensure smooth communication between clients and our internal teams.

This isn't an internship where you'll just observe. You'll gain hands-on experience managing real client accounts and campaigns, with guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback from our team to help you develop your marketing, communication, and account management skills.

• Social Media Management: Assist in managing multiple client social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Content Strategy & Planning: Research trends, brainstorm creative ideas, and develop monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives.
• Client Communication: Support day-to-day client communications, coordinate feedback and approvals, and assist in maintaining positive client relationships.
• Campaign Coordination: Work closely with the creative team to plan, coordinate, and execute social media campaigns and content production.
• Copywriting & Content Development: Craft engaging captions, social media copy, and creative briefs tailored to different brands and audiences.
• Social Media Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and assist in preparing monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Project & Timeline Management: Coordinate deliverables, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure content and campaigns are delivered on schedule.

Requirements:
