You’ll work with our account management and creative teams on real client accounts and campaigns, gaining mentorship and practical skills in digital marketing.

You will learn to develop content strategies, write captions, monitor performance, and coordinate campaigns with senior team members in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• Good copywriting skills and ability to adapt content to different brands.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A creative and strategic mindset with interest in social media trends.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Proactive, responsible, and solutions-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Bonus: Experience with Meta Business Suite or TikTok analytics.

• Social Media Management: Manage client social accounts across platforms.
• Content Strategy & Planning: Build monthly content calendars aligned to objectives.
• Client Communication: Support day-to-day client interactions and approvals.
• Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute social media campaigns with the creative team.
• Copywriting & Content Development: Craft captions and briefs tailored to brands.
