Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize content calendars across multiple social media platforms, tailoring content formats, messaging, and tone to suit each platform and audience.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging social media content, including posts, Reels, Stories, short-form videos, and other digital content.
• Work closely with Operations and clinic teams to turn professional knowledge into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
• Showcase clinic services, team members, patient education, events, promotions, and success stories.
• Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and other key performance metrics.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve content performance.
• Keep pace with platform updates, social trends and digital marketing best practices
• Support marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, enquiries, and clinic visits.
