Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual content and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable creating short-form video content and Reels.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with clinic and marketing teams.
• Passionate about creating content that connects with audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for our chiropractic clinics, strengthening brand presence while maintaining a consistent, authentic, and engaging voice across all digital platforms
• Create engaging content around chiropractic care, posture, mobility, wellness, pain management, and healthy living.
• Plan, manage, and optimize content calendars across multiple social media platforms, tailoring content formats, messaging, and tone to suit each platform and audience.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging social media content, including posts, Reels, Stories, short-form videos, and other digital content.
• Work closely with Operations and clinic teams to turn professional knowledge into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
• Showcase clinic services, team members, patient education, events, promotions, and success stories.
• Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and other key performance metrics.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve content performance.
• Keep pace with platform updates, social trends and digital marketing best practices
• Support marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, enquiries, and clinic visits.
