Job summary

Mount Faber Leisure Group seeks an Executive, Social Media to plan and execute our social media strategy across attractions and brands. You will create engaging content, manage day-to-day posting, grow online communities, and support integrated marketing campaigns.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and partners, you will drive social-first campaigns, monitor performance across organic and paid content, and leverage data insights to optimise future content and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience managing multiple consumer-facing social platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar tools.
• Comfortable filming mobile content and appearing on camera.
• Proficient with Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, TikTok Studio, Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of social media content plans aligned with campaigns and brand objectives.
• Develop content calendars across platforms and ensure timely publishing.
• Coordinate with designers and photographers to produce high-quality assets.
• Publish and schedule content using approved social media management platforms.
• Monitor performance and recommend optimisation based on insights.
• Support influencer, KOL and partnership coordination.
• Manage day-to-day engagement and community building.
• Prepare regular analytics reports and industry trend research.
