Job summary

You will manage daily content creation and publishing, monitor performance metrics, and prepare insights. You will also mentor junior team members and collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure on-brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness.
• Manage daily content creation and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights.
• Lead community management and engage with followers.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to stay on-brand.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns via Meta Ads to drive reach and conversions.
• Stay ahead of trends and competitor activity.
• Mentor junior social media team members to ensure quality output.
