THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As the Social Media Executive at MOVE [REPEAT], your core responsibility is to plan, create, andexecute social media content across all brands in our portfolio. Reporting to the Brand & EngagementManager, you will translate the marketing calendar into daily, high-quality content that strengthensbrand identity and drives meaningful engagement.
This role is heavily focused on content planning, content creation, daily publishing, trend identification,and basic community management, ensuring our brands remain culturally relevant and consistentlypresent across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, blogs, and emerging platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Planning (40%)
  • Own the day-to-day social content planning for all MOVE [REPEAT] brands.
  • Translate the marketing calendar into detailed weekly and monthly content plans.
  • Ensure content aligns with campaigns, promotions, studio launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Tailor content formats to platform strengths (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, blogs, YouTubeShorts, etc.).
  • Identify and propose opportunities to tap into cultural, fitness, and lifestyle trends to boostrelevance and reach.
  • Ideate new content angles and storytelling formats that amplify our brand voice.
Content Creation & Execution (35%)
  • Produce and coordinate social content including video clips, photography, graphics, reels,carousels, and blog posts.
  • Write scripts, captions, hashtags, and micro-copy aligned with each brand’s tone of voice.
  • Work closely with internal creatives to brief shoots, request assets, and refine visual output.
  • Schedule and publish content across all brand platforms with consistency and accuracy.
  • Ensure content has a balanced mix of lifestyle, educational, community-focused, andsales-driven messages.
Community & Channel Management (15%)
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and questions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging online presence across all platforms.
  • Flag member enquiries, feedback, or trends to relevant departments when needed.
  • Stay plugged into platform updates, trending audio, viral formats, and best practices—andpropose ways to incorporate them into our brands’ content.
Social Growth & Reporting (10%)
  • Track and report on basic social KPIs (follower growth, reach, engagement rate, videoperformance, saves, shares).
  • Identify patterns in high-performing content and propose improvements for future planning.
  • Provide monthly growth reports and recommendations to the Brand & Engagement Manager.
  • Keep a pulse on competitor brands and industry benchmarks to ensure we stay current anddifferentiated.
