Job summary

SWDA, based in Singapore, seeks a Social Media Content Development and Management professional to craft copy, visuals and short-form videos for its platforms. You will translate policy and industry information into accessible social-first content for diverse audiences.

Collaborating with internal divisions, you’ll coordinate content inputs and approvals, support employer-focused content on LinkedIn/Facebook, and help co-create content with IHLs and youth audiences while monitoring performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communications or related discipline.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to translate complex information into clear social content.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience or interest in social media content creation, including short-form video and visuals.
• Good stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple projects and timelines.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Familiarity with basic design or video editing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt social media content for SWDA’s platforms.
• Translate programme, policy and industry information into accessible social-first content.
• Support end-to-end content development from ideation to posting and monitoring.
• Adapt content to audience, format, and platform role.
• Assist with event coverage and time-sensitive content when needed.
• Coordinate inputs, reviews and clearances with stakeholders.
