Job summary

NETWORK MEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Organic Content Shooter to produce short-form, on-site video content in Singapore.

You will work freelance, handle on-camera direction, and manage shoots without on-site editing. The role involves direct interaction with designers and homeowners, delivering RAW footage the same day. The position requires owning applicable gear and delivering consistent, timely results for multiple shoots per day.

Responsibilities

• Prepare by reading the brief and shot list
• On-site coordination with designer/homeowner and camera work
• Shoot 2-hour sessions, vertical-first, cover home tour, designer interview, before/after, trend clip
• Deliver RAW footage the same day; no editing by shooter
• Handle up to 2 shoots per day across Singapore

Job description

Organic Content Shooter | Singapore, on-site, freelance | SGD 150 per 2-hour shoot + transport covered

Network runs marketing for 120+ interior design firms in Singapore. We make home tours and organic content for their social pages: completed homes, designers on camera, before-and-afters, the real work behind a renovation.

The rest of the team is already in place. Strategists plan the content, copywriters write it, editors cut it and the graphic team designs around it. What we need is the person on site.

Your job is simple. Show up, follow the brief and come back with the content the strategy needs.

What you'll do

• Prep: Read the brief and shot list before you arrive. Know what the strategist wants from this home.
• On site: Handle the designer and homeowner. Direct them on camera, keep the shoot moving and get every shot on the list.
• Shooting: 2 hours, vertical first. Home tour walkthroughs, the designer talking to camera, before-and-afters, details and one trend video.
• Handover: Shoot in Apple Log, then upload the raws the same day. No editing. Our team takes it from there.
• Volume: Up to 2 shoots a day across Singapore.

Pay

SGD 150 per 2-hour shoot. Transport there and back covered.

Requirements

1. A portfolio of short-form content you shot. IG or TikTok links are fine.
2. Your own gear: iPhone 15 Pro, 16 Pro, 17 Pro or 18 Pro (Pro or Pro Max), 256GB recommended, with a gimbal. Must shoot Apple Log in HEVC using the Blackmagic Camera app. Or a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 or newer, shooting D-Log M or D-Log. Bring the wide-angle add-on for small rooms. A wireless mic either way.
3. Comfortable directing people who aren't used to being on camera.
4. You know what works on Reels and TikTok, and you shoot for it.
5. Reliable. On time, raws uploaded the same day.

Don't apply if

• You want to edit or put your own style on the content. The strategy is set before you arrive.
• You need a crew and an hour of setup per shot.
• You go quiet on site and wait to be told what to do.
