Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and creating engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital channels
• Film property tours, team activities, educational videos and lifestyle content
• Edit short‑form videos, reels and social media clips
• Assist with photography and videography during property shoots and events
• Brainstorm creative content ideas, concepts, hooks and video formats
• Help develop content calendars and organise media assets
• Create simple graphics, captions and other marketing materials
• Keep up with social media trends and suggest creative ways to adapt them for real estate content
• Work closely with our real estate team to bring ideas from concept to final content

Who We’re Looking For

• Has an interest in content creation, videography, photography or digital marketing
• Enjoys creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms
• Has basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar software
• Has a good eye for visuals, storytelling and social media trends
• Is creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new ideas
• Is responsible, organised and comfortable working independently as well as with a team
• Is willing to travel to different locations around Singapore for property and content shoots
