Job summary

VINCAR PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Content Producer to join our in-house Marketing team in Singapore.

The role covers planning, shooting, editing and publishing engaging short-form videos and social content across automotive brands. You will manage end-to-end production, coordinate schedules with internal teams and external partners, and ensure content aligns with campaigns and launches. Proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut is required, and a strong showreel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or related discipline preferred, with portfolio considered.
• Experience in content creation, videography, video production or social media.

Job description

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Producer to join our in-house Marketing team and support video and social content across our automotive brands.

The role will be involved in content planning, filming, editing and publishing, creating engaging short-form, product, customer and event content across social and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other digital channels.
• Support end-to-end content production from ideation and scripting through filming, editing and post-production.
• Produce product-led, educational, customer-led, interview and lifestyle automotive content.
• Create content featuring vehicles, sales consultants, showrooms, campaigns, roadshows, events and launches.
• Provide event coverage including photo and video capture, event highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and quick-turnaround social edits.
• Handle editing, colour correction, audio, captions, subtitles and basic motion graphics.
• Keep up with relevant social media trends, formats and editing styles.
• Work with the Marketing team on content plans aligned with campaigns, launches and business priorities.
• Coordinate filming schedules with internal teams, sales consultants and external partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• A relevant Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or a related discipline is preferred, though demonstrated creative ability and portfolio quality will be given strong consideration.
• Relevant experience in content creation, videography, video production or social media.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating video shooting, editing and content creation capabilities.
• Experience producing content for brands, agencies or commercial environments would be advantageous.
• A valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license would be preferred.
• Interest in automotive and lifestyle content would be an advantage.

Skills& Attributes

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar editing tools.
• Good understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting and audio.
• Good eye for visuals, storytelling, framing and pacing.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and current social media formats and trends.
• Organized, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the wider Marketing team.
• Comfortable filming at showrooms, events and launches when required.
• Proactive and willing to contribute new ideas and creative approaches.
