Network Singapore is hiring a Content Creator to shoot organic and UGC content for two channels. The role involves 3–5 shoots per week, about 2 hours each, with hybrid work from home between shoots.

You will work across on-site shoots and client meetings, keeping footage organized and handed off to the creative team and account managers on time. Travel across the island and overseas may occur.

Qualifications

• Experience creating user-generated content (UGC) for social channels.
• Ability to produce vertical, hooky content for social platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with clients, designers and founders.

Content Creator

Hybrid, Singapore | 2.2K to 3K SGD/month

We're Network. We connect homeowners with interior design firms. 120+ ID firms on our books.

We run two channels. Network Singapore speaks to homeowners. Behind Network speaks to interior design firms. Both need a steady stream of organic content, and right now that content is scraped together from client shoots.

That's this role. You shoot the organic and UGC content for both channels. We have a full creative team, so you're not editing anything. You shoot it, they cut it.

3 to 5 shoots a week, about 2 hours each. Work from home between shoots.

What you’ll do:

• UGC for lead gen. Produce UGC videos for our lead generation team, built to bring in more qualified homeowner enquiries.
• Network Singapore organic. Shoot organic content on site to grow our homeowner page.
• Behind Network organic. Follow our BD and sales team into client meetings, events and discussions, and document them.
• Founder vlogs. When Jacob and Shawn travel overseas, you vlog it for their personal brands.
• Direct on site. On the shoots you attend, help direct the production and handle PR with the client. Not every shoot needs you there.
• Hand off clean. Footage labelled and handed to the creative team and account manager on time.

What we’re looking for:

• You know short form. Vertical by default, you know what makes a hook land.
• You know UGC. Native, creator style content, not polished ads.
• Good with people. Founders, sales, homeowners and designers.
• Calm on a busy site and easy to have in a client meeting.
• Organised. Footage labelled, backed up and on time.
• Singapore-based, happy to travel across the island and overseas when it comes up.

Don’t apply if:

• You need someone watching your hours. Flexible means nobody is checking. If we have to ask, it's already late.
• You only want to shoot pretty footage. This content has a job: enquiries and growth.
• You go quiet in a room full of clients. Half this role is people.
