Job summary

BOTH SG GROUP is seeking a social media coordinator in Singapore to manage daily posting, content creation and community engagement across Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu. You will plan campaigns, conduct on-site photoshoots, and coordinate promotions with store managers.

Responsibilities

Manage daily posting, content creation and community management for our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, as well as handle customer appointment management.
Conduct on-site photoshoots at various store locations, and coordinate promotional activities & appointments with respective store managers.
Track and report basic social media performance data (engagement, reach, bookings) to support marketing decisions.
