The role involves community management across social channels, tracking performance on Meta and campaigns, managing KOL collaborations, and coordinating content production with agency partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
• Active and fluent user of Instagram and TikTok with good instinct for what performs.
• Comfortable pulling, organizing, and interpreting social performance data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager is an advantage.
• Organised and reliable with ability to juggle multiple moving parts and see tasks to completion.
• Strong written English and a personable tone when engaging with consumers online.
• Interest in F&B, retail, or Korean food culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day community across brand social channels—responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Monitor sentiment and surface consumer questions, complaints, or product feedback to marketing and product teams.
• Escalate customer service issues to the relevant owner and follow through to resolution.
• Track and compile social media statistics across platforms with weekly/monthly reporting.
• Monitor Meta campaign performance and report on reach, engagement, CTR, and cost efficiency.
• Highlight trends and content performance with a brief interpretation.
• Manage all KOL seeding activity—from sourcing to outreach, delivery, and reporting.
• Maintain the KOL database with contact details, rates, and history.
• Coordinate content production operations with agency partners, track deliverables, and maintain asset libraries.
