Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Create and coordinate content across digital, social media, websites and channels.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency.
• Demonstrate and explain product features to customers to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Recommend suitable price plans and value-added services based on customers' needs to increase sales and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with counterparts to provide accurate information to customers for effective service delivery.
• Complete and file all sales and administrative documents.
