Job summary

ST ENGINEERING INFO-SECURITY PTE. LTD is seeking an entry-level Cyber Security Analyst to support the first line of defense. The role focuses on proactive monitoring, initial triage, and documenting security incidents across SIEMs and security tools.

You will communicate with the SOC team and collaborate on incident mitigation from Ang Mo Kio. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of SIEMs, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and antivirus systems, with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor logs and detection across multiple SIEMs and tools.
• Detect incidents using predefined rules and correlation.
• Triages and documents incident assessments and actions.
• Escalate incidents requiring further investigation to senior analyst.
• Prepare escalation emails and templates for communication.
• Collaborate with SOC Leads and Managers to mitigate incidents.
• Interact with customers via phone and escalation emails.
• Contribute to process improvements and workload workflows.
