Job summary

TRIFECTA Snowboard & Ski School seeks a Guest Experience Associate to ensure a smooth, safe, and exciting journey for guests from arrival to departure. You will guide onboarding, coordinate with instructors and gear teams, and upsell memberships and experiences.

The role requires strong customer service skills, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and peak period availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Background in concierge or sports/recreation preferred.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Confident communication and multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests for snow sessions (ski & snowboard).
• Guide guests through onboarding: registration, waivers, and equipment checks.
• Assist with bookings, gear sizing, and product recommendations.
