Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Head of SMS Program to lead Operational Excellence across the Manufacturing & Supply site. You will drive the deployment of the SMS 2.0 framework, oversee performance transformation initiatives and ensure sustainable benefits realization.

You will establish governance, partner with Finance, Operations and Procurement, and lead capability-building programs to elevate site-wide operational excellence and digital enablement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading Operational Excellence in pharma manufacturing.
• Proven transformation and change-management experience.
• Experience deploying manufacturing operating systems and driving performance improvements.
• Experience working in cGMP regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of SMS 2.0 across the site.
• Drive performance transformation initiatives including SMS deployment and Factory 4.0 solutions.
• Establish governance, benefits realization and sustainability.
• Develop SMS operating standards and capability-building programs.
• Manage site resources and digital budget for SMS deployment.
