Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Engineer, Manufacturing to act as the technical process and system owner for Central Manufacturing Services (CMS), driving continuous improvement and operational reliability across CMS processes and equipment.

You will own CMS process integrity, lead change controls, collaborate with MSAT, Quality and Automation, and ensure GMP compliance while optimizing safety, cost efficiency, and performance.

Qualifications

• Own CMS processes and equipment systems with technical integrity.
• Lead continuous improvement and change controls to reduce variability and cost.
• Apply GMP, data integrity, and risk assessment practices in daily operations.
• Conduct deviation investigations and drive CAPAs for long-term robustness.
• Leverage Lean, OE, and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize CMS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own technical integrity and performance of CMS processes and equipment.
• Lead change controls to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Quality, and Automation to enhance process control and analytics.
• Drive CI initiatives with measurable outcomes (cost/time savings, yield, deviation reduction).
• Support NPI/startups and ensure documentation and validation readiness.
