Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Head of SMS Program to guide deployment and evolution of the Sanofi Manufacturing System (SMS) across the site in Singapore. You will drive operational excellence, embed standardized practices, and strengthen continuous improvement capabilities while partnering with Site Leadership and Global SMS teams.

You will lead governance, cost and value realization, and develop structured upskilling roadmaps, fostering a culture of excellence through coaching and capability development

Qualifications

8+ years leading Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement in pharma or regulated manufacturing.
Proven transformation and change management experience.
Experience deploying manufacturing operating systems and driving sustainable improvements.
Experience in cGMP regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment and evolution of the SMS 2.0 across the site.
Drive performance transformation initiatives and Factory 4.0 solutions.
Identify gaps via benchmarking, maturity assessments, and data-driven analysis.
Ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact across Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety and People.
Lead change management to embed sustainable operational excellence.
