Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Engineer, Manufacturing to serve as the technical process and system owner for Central Manufacturing Services (CMS). You will drive continuous improvement, manage change controls, and ensure reliable CMS operations including media preparation, autoclave operations, column packing, and automated logistics.

You will collaborate with MSAT, Quality, Automation, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, lead improvements, and champion data-driven process optimization

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations, process engineering, or technical support in GMP environments.
• Proven track record of leading or contributing to continuous improvement, change control, or process optimization with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical integrity and performance of assigned CMS processes and equipment systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across CMS to deliver cost reduction, cycle time savings, and increased robustness.
• Lead change controls to implement process improvements, equipment modifications, or system upgrades.
• Apply Lean, OE, and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize CMS workflows and reduce variability.
• Lead deviation investigations and drive CAPAs to prevent recurrence and improve process robustness.
• Ensure GMP, safety and compliance across CMS activities and documentation.
