Job summary

Energy Renewal Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Singapore to uphold the reliability of installed smart lighting systems. You will conduct routine inspections, respond to faults, troubleshoot, and maintain service records, taking over after installation handover.

The role emphasizes coordinating with subcontractors, performing preventive maintenance, documenting actions, and ensuring safety on site while leveraging ER’s energy-management platform for monitoring and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Post-installation handover support: Participate in inspections following completion of the subcontractor’s installation works.
Routine maintenance and inspection: Conduct scheduled inspections of installed lighting systems and check fixtures, sensors, and related components.
Fault response and troubleshooting: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and investigate lighting or control-system failures.
Smart lighting system monitoring: Monitor project sites via ER’s lighting and energy-management platform and review system alerts.
Rectification and component replacement: Replace faulty lamps, drivers, sensors, controllers and other approved components.
Subcontractor coordination: Arrange site access for subcontractors and monitor rectification progress.
Maintenance documentation: Prepare maintenance reports and record fault findings and actions taken.
Spare-parts management: Monitor spare parts availability and maintain accurate records of parts used.
Safety and site conduct: Follow risk assessments, use PPE, and maintain a safe work area.
