Job summary

Futurahaus Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Sales Executive in Singapore to grow our client base and drive revenue. You will identify leads, present smart home solutions, build relationships with homeowners, designers, and developers, and close deals from inquiry to handover.

You will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate with our installation team, and attend site visits and industry events as needed, traveling within the region when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales experience in smart home, AV, interior design, real estate, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to engage clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within residential and commercial smart home markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, developers and contractors.
• Present and demonstrate smart home solutions to prospective clients; prepare and deliver proposals, quotations and partnership packages.
