Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced engineer to drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation across manufacturing and engineering operations.

You will lead Industry 5.0 projects, oversee smart factory initiatives, design engineering solutions to boost productivity, and run feasibility studies, POC, and pilots for new tools and methods. This role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, routing, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation across manufacturing and engineering operations.
• Lead Industry 5.0 projects including smart factory implementation and system optimisation.
• Design and implement engineering solutions to boost productivity and reduce cycle time.
• Conduct feasibility studies, POC, and pilot runs for new tools and methods.
