Job summary

CPG Corporation Pte Ltd is hiring for a facilities management role based in Singapore. You will provide FM services to client sites and oversee performance per contract.

Responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance, pest control, and horticulture with appointed subcontractors, conducting weekly cleaners meetings, and ensuring IFM KPIs are met. You will also investigate incidents, coordinate meetings and events, prepare monthly reports, and handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Fire Safety Manager Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide FM services to client sites and ensure performance per contract.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, pest control, horticulture through subcontractors.
• Conduct weekly cleaners meetings and inspections to meet cleaning standards.
• Deliver IFM deliverables and meet KPIs.
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate meetings/events, obtain quotations, raise invoices, and assist logistics.
