Qualifications

• Completed secondary education or higher.
• Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with local clients.
• Willingness to learn and demonstrate patience and an outgoing attitude.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and visits to generate sales leads
• Present and explain smart card products clearly to customers and prepare accurate quotations
• Update and maintain customer information and sales records in the system to ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with the production team to confirm delivery schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Collect and report market feedback to supervisors to support product and service improvements
