ASE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

is seeking a motivated engineer to develop and maintain System Level Test (SLT) solutions, supporting new product introductions, production ramp-up, and yield improvements across multiple product lines. You will define and optimize SLT processes, set up, qualify and maintain SLT equipment and fixtures, support Preventive Maintenance activities, and debug SLT scripts while performing correlation and engineering evaluations with cross-functional teams to ensure robust

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), mechanical engineering or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
0 to 3 years of working experience. Experience in equipment or hardware handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain System Level Test (SLT) solutions to support NPI, production ramp-up, and yield improvement.
Define and optimize SLT processes, procedures, and test methodologies.
Set up, qualify, and maintain SLT equipment, fixtures, and test hardware; support Preventive Maintenance activities.
Debug and improve SLT test scripts/programs; perform correlation and engineering evaluations.
