Job summary

Thundersoft Singapore seeks a senior SLT Test Engineer to own development of SLT test programs for next-gen microprocessors. You will work on internal SLT platforms, debug test infrastructure issues, and drive compatibility and coverage from product definition through qualification to high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated NPI experience in SLT test patterns and debug.
• Proven ability to develop test flows, calibration, and characterization.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams across silicon and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive test solution/coverage development to meet milestones.
• Collaborate to determine SLT coverage and root cause resolution.
• Engage in pre and post silicon phases, test flow planning and checkout.
• Validate new product features and test methodologies.
• Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature.
• Lead engineering evaluation and releases for high volume production.
• Drive KPIs like test time reduction, yield improvements.
• Provide test engineering support for S3 products at global facilities.
• Interface for test program implementation and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• RMA debug experience a plus.
