Job summary

Lifelong Learning Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manager, SkillsFuture Advice (SFA) Support to coordinate workshops, monitor progress and deliver data-driven insights across CDC teams.

The role focuses on governance, reporting, and partner coordination, ensuring KPI achievement and timely escalation of issues. It is a 1-year contract to support increased service delivery demands and ongoing programme enhancements.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably in business, social sciences, communications, public policy, education, training, workforce development or related fields.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, operations, stakeholder management, reporting or public-sector project support.
• Strong coordination and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with data, reports and dashboards; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Good writing and communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear updates, reports and meeting materials.
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders across HQ, frontline teams and external partners.
• Prior experience in skills training, workforce development, community outreach or government-funded programmes would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Programme Coordination and Delivery Support: coordinate SFA workshops and track delivery progress, attendance and follow-up actions.
• Data Tracking, Reporting and Insights: maintain programme data, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, analyze trends and identify improvement areas.
• Stakeholder and Partner Coordination: coordinate with CDC teams, HQ, government agencies and partners; prepare briefing materials and updates.
• Content and Materials Support: develop and update workshop materials, briefing decks, FAQs and operation guides.
• Governance, Issue Tracking and Process Improvement: maintain trackers, document SOPs, identify process improvements and ensure delivery standards across districts.
