CLUB CHINOIS PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on cook to join our on-site kitchen team in Singapore. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes following standard recipes, ensuring high-quality taste and presentation.

The role requires handling portions accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and practicing strict food safety standards. This position expects you to work split shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Able to perform split shifts, work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food in the absence of the cook
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standard recipes
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Ensure proper portion control and minimize food waste
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards and procedures
• Assist in receiving and properly storing deliveries
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
