Job summary

WEcruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a site surveyor to perform construction surveying and setting-out in accordance with approved drawings and project specs. You will conduct measurements, verify dimensions, and contribute to as-built documentation, coordinating with QA/QC and BIM teams.

The role requires accurate data processing, reporting, and adherence to quality and safety standards on-site. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Responsibilities

• Carry out construction surveying and setting-out works based on approved drawings and project specifications.
• Conduct site measurements and survey calculations to establish accurate positions, levels, coordinates and alignment for construction activities.
• Use Total Station and other relevant surveying instruments to perform site surveys and verify construction dimensions.
• Check and validate setting-out works completed by subcontractors in coordination with the QA/QC team.
• Collect, process and verify survey data for construction planning and execution.
• Coordinate daily surveying requirements with the Construction Team and report work progress.
• Prepare setting-out drawings, survey records and technical reports as required.
• Coordinate with the BIM team to resolve discrepancies between survey results, construction drawings and BIM models.
• Carry out site verification and measurements to support as-built documentation.
• Report deviations from approved drawings and actual site conditions promptly for corrective action.
• Maintain accurate surveying records and ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
