Job summary

JMS Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site equipment technician to perform routine service and maintenance on pumps, motors, actuators, lifting equipment, and other machinery on construction sites.

The role involves repairs, safety adherence, and contributing to monthly service reports. The ideal candidate will monitor equipment performance, carry out corrective maintenance, and promptly report to the operations manager.

Responsibilities

• 1. Conduct routine service and maintenance of all site equipment such as pumps, motors, actuators, lifting equipment, roller shelter, etc.
• 2. Perform repair and replacement of site equipment when necessary
• 3. Comply with and exercise safety at all times in accordance with all safety procedures.
• 4. Assist in the preparation of monthly service, repair and maintenance report.
• 5. Take immediate corrective measures to improve if parts and components fall below contractual standards.
• 6. Report to operation manager on daily basis.
• 7. To conduct corrective maintenance to machines and equipment.
• 8. To sustain and maintain machines/equipment and to perform corrective maintenance.
• 9. To perform troubleshooting.
• 10. To monitor machines and equipment operational performance & condition.
