Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY on-site supervisor role overseeing tradeworks subcontractors to meet project schedules and ensure installations align with approved drawings.

The position requires planning and monitoring materials, managing foreign workers, and interpreting drawings. Candidates should hold Building Construction Safety Supervisor and Work-At-Height Certificates; GCE N level or equivalent is required with relevant infrastructure experience.

Qualifications

• GCE N level or equivalent required.
• 3 years of site experience in infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate and Work-At-Height Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor the works of tradeworks subcontractor to meet the project schedule and ensure installation works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings
• Plan, order and monitor the materials on site, control materials wastage and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Ability to interprete drawings
• Manage of foreign workers
• Minimum GCE"N" level or its equivalent and with 3 years of site experiences and had worked previously in infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Must have Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate and Work-At-Height Certificate
