Job summary

Yang Brothers Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee tradeworks subcontractors and ensure installation aligns with approved drawings. The role involves planning and ordering materials, monitoring wastage, and ensuring timely deliveries on site.

Candidates should interpret drawings, manage foreign workers, and hold Building Construction Safety Supervisor and Work-At-Height certificates. A background in infrastructure projects is advantageous.

Qualifications

• GCE N level or equivalent with 3 years site experience; infrastructure project exposure advantageous.
• Certifications: Building Construction Safety Supervisor and Work-At-Height are required.
• Experience supervising tradeworks subcontractors and on-site materials planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor the works of tradeworks subcontractor to meet the project schedule and ensure installation works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings.
• Plan, order and monitor materials on site, control materials wastage and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ability to interpret drawings and apply them on site.
• Manage of foreign workers on site.

Job description

• Manage of foreign workers
• Minimum GCE"N" level or its equivalent and with 3 years of site experiences and had worked previously in infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Must have Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate and Work-At-Height Certificate
