Job summary

ENCASA Asia Employment Services LLP in Singapore is recruiting a hands-on site supervisor for major building projects. You will assist the project team with day-to-day site matters, lead workers and ensure work complies with safety rules.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, manage on-site logistics, and oversee defect rectification, A&A works, and dorm transport arrangements. The role emphasises safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Recognized or related work skill certificates.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years construction trade experiences in Singapore.
• No experience is welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Team with day-to-day site matters for assigned building projects.
• Support maintenance, defect rectification and A&A works as required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth site operations.
• Lead and supervise workers to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
• Ensure all site activities comply with relevant safety regulations, procedures and site rules.
• Transport workers between their dormitory and the project site on a daily basis.
• Supervise the direct workforce and oversee their day-to-day work activities on site.
