Job summary

BuildBridge Partners Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site activities for building construction projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time progress, quality and safety.

The role requires a degree or diploma in a civil/construction related field and relevant site management experience with a main contractor. Knowledge of construction methods and schedules is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Relevant site management experience with a main contractor preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, drawings and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to align with project schedules, drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth site operations.
• Monitor progress and ensure works meet approved programme and quality standards.
• Ensure workmanship and construction quality comply with project requirements.
• Manage site manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractor activities.
• Identify and resolve site coordination issues and construction challenges.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders on site matters and inspections.
• Report progress, delays and outstanding issues to the project management team.
