Job summary

The ideal candidate will have strong on-site leadership, problem-solving skills, and a valid Class 3 driving license is a bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant construction site supervision experience.
• Technical expertise in aluminum works, glass installation, and curtain wall systems is advantageous.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers to maintain efficient site operations.
• Monitor progress and workmanship quality against project schedule.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
• Oversee daily site activities to align with timelines and quality expectations.
• Prepare documentation for progress claims and variation orders (VO) to support office processing.
