Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage waste management site operations in Tuas. The role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams to meet site requirements and ensuring timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate has relevant site supervision experience, a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License, and completes Safety Orientations and Work at Height training. This is a full-time role with a 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in site supervision, operations or project coordination.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License
• Safety Orientations Course / Supervise Work at Height Course

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure waste collection and site requirements are met.
• Liaise with customer representatives to understand work requirements, schedules and specifications.
• Oversee site operations and coordinate new and ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors, reporting work-related issues to the Project Manager.
• Monitor site risks, resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Conduct safety checks, review job safety assessments and train workers on site procedures and equipment usage.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, handle complaints and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Transport workers to and from job sites and provide after-hours support during emergencies.

Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500
