Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore seeks a Civil Engineering Projects Coordinator to support the Project Manager, coordinate subcontractors and ensure work progresses per the master program.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, at least 1 year of Civil/Structural experience, and strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Civil Engineering / Structural experience.
• Proactive and resourceful with good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills, able to interact with people of all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the project, planning & ensure work is carried according to master program.
• Assist in managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers.
• Manpower planning for the jobs in accordance to the budgeted man-hours provided by Project Manager.
• Track and report daily work progress to Project Manager.
• Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with.
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.
