Job summary

KEN-PAL (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced on-site Project Coordinator to manage civil/marine/building construction activities in Singapore. You will coordinate contractors, plan schedules, and ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include leading the project team, resolving design issues, enforcing safety, and collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate risks and deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant civil/marine/building construction experience.

What you'll be doing?

• Coordinate On-Site:Manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration among contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.




• Plan and Monitor:Develop project plans, schedules, and monitor progress to meet targets, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.




• Independently Manage:Take charge of construction activities, ensuring they align with project goals and quality standards.




• Lead the Team:Supervise and motivate the project team to achieve project objectives within the stipulated timeframe and budget.




• Resolve Issues:Address and resolve design-related issues during construction to maintain project momentum.




• Ensure Quality and Safety:Oversee work quality and enforce health and safety standards on site, ensuring compliance with regulations.




• Collaborate with Stakeholders:Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and relationships are maintained.




• Manage Risks:Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful project delivery.




• Assist Project Manager:Support the Project Manager with site coordination and other tasks as required.

Requirement

• At least 5-10 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, marine or building construction industry
