Job summary

L-SQUARE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site works, understand project scope, and coordinate with the main contractor and client.

You will assist engineers and the project manager, interpret drawings, prepare BBS, ensure workmanship meets quality standards, monitor attendance and productivity, and report daily progress. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site works and workers.
• Understand scope of works and project requirements.
• Cooperate with safety personnel to ensure safety.
• Coordinate with main contractor and client.
• Assist engineer and PM on assigned tasks.
• Interpret drawings correctly and execute as drawings.
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
• Ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
• Monitor and control workers' attendance and productivity.
• Attend coordination meetings with main contractor and client.
• Record and update work progress daily.
• Control and minimise wastage of materials.
• Maintain electrical tools and equipment on site.
• Long hours, night shifts or weekend work as required.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.

• Able to intepret drawings corrects and execute the works according to drawings.
• Able to prepare bar bending schedule (BBS).
• Ensure that work is executed up to acceptable standard of workmanship and quality.
• Monitor and control workers. Ensure their attendance and efficiency are up to standard.
• Attend coordination meeting with main contractor and client.
• Record and update work progress daily and frequently.
• Control and minimise wastage of material.
• Maintain and take care all electrical tools and equipment deployed on site.
• Long working hour, night shift work or work on weekend as and when required.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.
