Job summary

IGM MAINTENANCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to manage construction activities on our project sites in Singapore. You will oversee site preparation, excavation, foundation works, and concrete operations, ensuring work is completed to drawings and specifications.

You will coordinate material procurement, plan and track daily progress, attend site meetings, and report to the Project Manager. Strong safety awareness and teamwork are essential to maintain productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute Site preparation
• Supervise excavation and foundation works
• Supervise rebar, formwork and concrete works
• Supervise workers or subcon to ensure work complete according to drawings
• Coordinate material procurement and verified against specifications
• Project planning, scheduling and daily progress tracking
• Coordinate site activities to ensure productivity and quality work
• Attend site meetings and report progress to PM
• Work closely with internal team to resolve technical and site issues
• Ensure site compliance on safety rules and regulations
• Ensure proper site housekeeping and storage
• Any other ad hoc duties
