Job summary

BOTANIX CONSTRUCTION & LANDSCAPE (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a diligent Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site activities, ensure alignment with project requirements, and manage worker assignments across locations.

You will liaise with the Project Manager and subcontractors to maintain safety, quality, and timely progress, while keeping accurate records of attendance, progress, and equipment usage on site. Experience in construction safety regulations and a hands-on approach to problem solving are

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate and allocate workers to their assigned tasks and work locations.
• Monitor workers' attendance, productivity, and work performance.
• Ensure all work complies with workplace safety regulations, site requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Manager, subcontractors, and other relevant parties.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report daily work progress, manpower requirements, and site issues to management.
• Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Identify and report safety hazards, incidents, and operational problems promptly.
• Maintain proper site records, attendance records, and daily work reports.
