Job summary

YUAN JI ENTERPRISES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced construction site supervisor to plan, coordinate, supervise, and complete projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate daily activities, conduct toolbox briefings, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil works and handyman tasks.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise site activities.
• Familiarity with MOM, BCA, WSH regulations and related safety standards.
• Monitor costs, materials, manpower, and equipment to control wastage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily construction activities
• Attend Daily Toolbox Briefing at worksite
• Prepare work schedule and monitor project progress
• Ensure completion according to project specifications and timelines
• Allocate work and supervise site teams, foreman, subcontractors and site activities
• Ensure proper manpower and equipment are available
• Coordinate manpower and work sequence
• Coordinate with Engineers, main contractor and authorities
• Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, WSH requirements and regulations
• Identify and control site hazards
• Inspect completed works and arrange rectification where necessary
• Have knowledge in civil works and other handyman jobs
• Monitor project costs, materials, manpower, and equipment
• Control wastage and avoid unnecessary expenses
• Check material requirements and coordinate procurement
• Maintain site records, progress reports, inspection records, and other project documents
• Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical and site problems quickly
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure they follow project requirements
