Job summary

PillarStone Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Supervisor to oversee projects on site in Singapore.

You will work with site operations staff to meet schedules, plan demolition and regulatory tasks, and ensure quality through inspections. The role involves risk assessments and daily toolbox preparations. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 10–12 years of manpower management experience and familiarity with 24/7 operations, safety regulations, and demolition projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Site safety knowledge and risk assessment advantageous.
• Knowledge in demolition projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Civil / Structural projects.
• Collaborate with site operations staff to meet schedule.
• Plan and design for demolition and regulatory needs.
• Inspect works to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare risk assignments.
• Prepare permit papers and daily toolbox talks.
• Manage manpower and maintain manpower reports.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction matters on site.
• Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and competition of work.
• Liaise with consultants for inspections and audits.
• Provide full-time supervision of works under BCA regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage Civil / Structural projects, work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

Work force planning & designing for demolition and regulation.

Carry out inspections to ensure that the works meets the quality standard.

Preparing Risk Assignments.

Preparing Permit Paper & Daily Toolbox.

Manpower Management & Maintaining Manpower Report.

Site planning, coordination, and execution of matters to construction project.

Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and competition of work.

Liaise with consultants to carry out inspections and audits.

Carry out full time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent
• 10-12 years Manpower Management Experience.
• Should have experience in 24/7 operations
• Site safety and Knowledge in Risk assessment is advantage
• Should have Knowledge in Demolition Projects
