Job summary

ECONEST BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to coordinate and supervise structural works on private residential projects.

You will ensure works comply with drawings, specs, shop drawings and method statements, arrange inspections, monitor schedule, minimize waste, and resolve on-site issues by leading contractors and workers.

The role requires at least five years of building construction experience and a Building Construction Safety Supervisor certificate.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in building construction or private residential projects.
• Experience coordinating structural works and site activities.
• Knowledge of safety supervision and site discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise structural works as per drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.
• Ensure site works follow daily/weekly coordination schedules.
• Control and minimize material wastage.
• Resolve on-site issues by leading contractors and workers.

Job description

Coordinate and supervise structural works and ensure works are carried out are in accordance to drawings, specifications, shop drawings and method statements.

Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.

To ensure site works are carried out according to daily / weekly site coordination schedule.

Control and minimize material wastages.

Resolve any site issues faced at the work site.

Monitor and lead work of contractors and workers

Requirements

• 5 years' experience in Building Construction or private residential projects, such as landed properties.

Formal education

• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course
