Job summary

QUIN RIGHT ENTERPRISES (PTE) LTD is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day construction activities and ensure projects finish on time and within budget. You will serve as the main link between on-site workers and project managers, overseeing operations, coordinating subcontractors, and enforcing health and safety protocols.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the construction site, meticulous attention to design plans and quality standards, and consistent reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Oversee the entire work site to ensure tasks follow design plans and quality standards.
• Inspect construction sites and enforce health and safety protocols to prevent hazards.
• Guide and assign tasks to construction teams and subcontractors to keep on schedule.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available on site when needed.
• Track attendance, inventory, and provide regular progress reports to management.
